The house has 2 fully equipped fitted kitchens (oven, stove, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) on 2 floors, a bathroom with bath and shower, another bathroom with shower and a guest toilet and 4 bedrooms for a total of up to to 10 people. On the upper floor you will find a double and a triple room, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, a guest toilet and a large living-dining area with TV where you can end the working day. Another 2 bedrooms are located on the lower floor where up to 5 people can also stay overnight. The double and triple rooms also have a separate TV and a dining area. Also the lower floor has a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation can also be divided into two separate apartments, each with its own entrance. The house is complemented by a laundry room, a terrace and parking spaces for cars.
Shops for daily needs, restaurants, bakeries and gas stations can be found in Heiligenroth and Montabaur, 5 km away. The cities of Koblenz and Limburg can be reached in 25 minutes via the A3 and Frankfurt or Cologne in 60 minutes.
