Beautiful and modern beachfront property with 3 bedrooms, balcony with unmissable views and perfectly equipped with everything you need to enjoy an unforgettable experience of comfort on the Costa del Sol. Ideal for travelers, families and remote workers.
Sharing Co presents this beautiful apartment located by the sea equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy the wonders of the city while staying in a place that offers you the comfort of being at home but with the touch of luxury and sophistication you are looking for. The property has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom inside the master bedroom and another full bathroom for the other two bedrooms. It has a living room with an open kitchen fully equipped with the utensils you need to prepare your favorite recipes and a south facing terrace with direct sea views to enjoy the perfect climate of the city with your best company.
We are available to attend all your requests and provide you with the best lodging experience, contact us by phone (preferably), by email, or through the Airbnb messaging system.
Enjoy the Costa del Sol from a property perfectly located in a quiet residential area, ten minutes walk from the beach where you can enjoy its unique waves, jogging on the beach, sit and read and relax with the sea breeze, or enjoy wonderful views, you will also find supermarkets, restaurants and bars that reflect the best culinary traditions of the area. At 2 kilometers away you will find the picturesque beach of Cabopino from where you will enjoy the incredible views, the dunes that make up the beach, the unique waves and being removed from the center, the reduced capacity of the same that gives privacy to the spaces.
In 18 minutes drive you will reach the historic center of the city where you can enjoy the beautiful facades of the area, know the Alcazaba and the iconic walls of the city, also enjoy the legendary walk along the Avenida del Mar from where you can meet an outdoor museum where you will find 10 beautiful works of artist Salvador Dali while you decide which of the terraces of the road you will sit for a drink or tour the beautiful lung of the city, the Alameda Park, enjoy a typical night Marbellí among other incredible plans that the city has for you.
You will have at your fingertips and a few steps away beautiful beaches, delicious restaurants and variety of leisure options, however, Marbella has a bus network that allows you to be connected to different parts of the city and surrounding places, There are 13 bus lines, but the three main lines that pass through the center of Marbella are:
L-1: goes to Puerto Banús.
L-3: goes through La Cañada shopping center.
L-6: passes by the bus station.
For stays of one calendar month or longer, please note the following information:
1. You will need to sign a rental agreement.
2. Utilities such as electricity, water or gas combined will be covered up to a total of 200 EUR per month. Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once bills are available. The Internet service is free for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 180 EUR
