Villa Verde Luna is a characteristic and welcoming two-story age-old farm house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Verde Luna you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery and of Assisi. Villa Verde Luna is 240 square meters (2600 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 8 km (5 miles) from Assisi, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile) and the bus stop at 1 km (roughly 0.6 miles). You will reach Villa Verde Luna from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Verde Luna you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Verde Luna is along a 350-meter (1150-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 12.5 meters (40 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, from 1.10 meter (3.60 feet) to 1.40 meters (4.6 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from mid-May until mid-September.
Patio
The patio is 28 square meters (301 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic porch made of stone. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Garden
The garden is 800 square meters (8610 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue and a small wood-fired pizza oven. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of Assisi.

The first living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The ceiling boasts a brick cross vault. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. The furnishings include sofas and armchairs. There is a practical fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through four French doors. The room also has three high windows.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The furnishings of the kitchen include two sofas. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the garden. The room also has a high window.
