After a day of outdoor adventures, take it easy the luxurious hot tub with spectacular South West facing valley views of the Carneddau and Snowdonia mountain ranges.

This property is one of two, set in the owners’ grounds where privacy is assured. The beautiful barn conversion boasts a modern fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up delicious meals using fresh local produce from the nearby town. The local pub is 1 mile walk to the village across fields, steep in places. Bodnant Welsh Food farm shop a short car ride of 5 minutes. The village of Eglwysbach is home to the famous Bodnant gardens of over 100 acres run by the National Trust

Unwind in the stylishly furnished living areas, adorned with bespoke Tiffany lights, quality oak doors and natural stone floors warmed by underfloor heating. There is a cosy lounge with fireplace leading through to a glorious light filled sun lounge. Patio sliding doors open onto the viewing deck with stunning valley views. With bathrooms of marble and free standing bath it all contributes to a luxury contemporary feel.

Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and step outside onto the private balcony with hot tub, where you can savour a cup of coffee while taking in the panoramic views of rolling hills and soaring buzzards.

Guests can stay over two bedrooms at Buzzards View, one king size with en suite shower room. The second twin bedroom with use of a family bathroom, perfect to take a leisurely bath and enjoy the views, with freestanding bath and WC to complete the accommodation.

The property benefits from a heat recovery system which extracts damp air 24 /7 and returns it filtered and recycles the heat. With all natural stone floors throughout, including bathrooms warmed by underfloor heating and extra insulation in walls, floors, ceilings and solar panelling the cottage is very eco friendly.

Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome during your stay, but we would ask they remain downstairs. We offer a second property Red Kites Retreat which can accommodate an additional 7 guests. The property is accessed via a private drive 2 km long, made with passing points climbing to 650 feet.
