We are sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations.Regarding directions, we understand the inconvenience caused.The property is located in a very scenic and secluded area, and in some cases digital maps may not be fully accurate. But if you called us, we could assist you by phone during your trip to the apartment. We are sorry for the communication difficulties at check-in. However, Mrs. Roberta did put us in contact with you, and we provided all necessary information in English over the phone, including details about costs to be paid on site. Regarding the cats, we understand this may not be to everyone’s preference; they are however local animals regularly cared for by volunteers and residents.We are sorry the bed and linens did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate your feedback to help us improve. Concerning the Nespresso machine, we apologize for the inconvenience and will ensure it is checked and repaired. Finally, the walk to the beach is indeed steep, as is common in this coastal hilly area. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
