Welcome travellers to our inviting 3BR home, nestled just moments away from the picturesque and lively coastline!

This lovely property boasts spacious, well-appointed living quarters, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The heart of our home, a fully equipped kitchen, stands ready to prepare fantastic meals a SMART TV and a super comfy large sofa.

Step out onto your private terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Living Spaces| Step into our dedicated living room, where comfort and relaxation await. Sink into the plush sofa, gather around the large coffee table, and catch up on your favorite shows on the TV. The apartment also boasts a cozy dining area for up to 6 guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning provided in the living area.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedrooms , all including a double bed.

Bathrooms| 1 modern bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. We'll provide toiletries and towels. There is also a guest toilet which is accessible from the living area.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night sleep, all linens provided are of highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

For those looking to explore the surrounding area, we recommend renting a car to fully experience all that Malta has to offer. There are several car rental agencies in the area, and we can provide recommendations upon request.

For those interested in walking or cycling, Bugibba is a great place to explore on foot or by bike. The town is pedestrian-friendly, with several bike rental shops in the area.

And of course, if you're looking for a more relaxing way to get around, there are plenty of taxis and ride-sharing options available in the area.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
