Very nice property in an extremely convenient location from the train station. Don’t want to drag your bags up and down a TON of stairs, this is your place. Also, a short water taxi trip from all locations in Venice. The host was very helpful with making sure you felt comfortable checking in and made it a really smooth process.

Amazing location! Right across from the train station which made things very easy for us. The room had plenty of space for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, amazing location, late bar/restaurant very close to property. I would stay here again. The AC could have been cooler but it’s the summer in Europe so I get it.

Love this place. Perfect stay and lots of little extra touches from host like slippers and chocolates etc. Beautiful flat.

The room is a basic room with a bathroom. No bells and whistles nothing fancy. There is no control of the AC so when the temps hit the mid to upper 90's we were at the mercy of the host beoing ibn control. Not to mention it is 3 long flights up with no lift. Fair, this was mentioned in the description.

Great location and comfortable. We had no hot water to take showers for two days. Prior to checking in, there's a bug in their app that prevented us from registering with their codes. Unless you have cell phone services in Italy, you can't reach their staff. I had to call a relative back home to communicate with their staff. We wasted hours and stress during vacation to combat their IT issues. I don't recommend this BnB for this reason and no hot water.

We enjoyed our stay. We would have liked to have seen some glassware, plates and utensils etc but no luck. The public seating area was lovely. The lady who looked after the rooms was lovely. Perfect location for Piazza San Marco, Rialto and the train station. Great restaurants nearby. Trattoria alla Ferraro stood out. I might have misspelled that :) We would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find

Location of the property was perfect, we did not have to walk far with our suitcases from the people mover. Great view from the common area of the canal. My only complaint is that our room was 4 flights up and there was no elevator to help with bags. Not a place to stay if you have any mobility issues or difficulty carrying your luggage up stairs otherwise I would highly recommend this location.

The location was great! Very close to train station. There is NO KITCHEN as advertised. No fridge, no sink, no utensils or plates, no cooking equipment, no coffee maker, no kettle. There was a common room with table and chairs. THATS IT!! That’s what they consider a”kitchen”!The air conditioning was turned off while we were there in April and the temperature in the room was unbearable. 30 in room every night. We found out about the air conditioner being “turned off” after many attempts to contact hosts. Opened window on second night and got devoured by mosquitoes. We had to close them and attempt to sleep in the unbearable temperatures the 3rd night. This is the first time I have ever given a negative review on any property we have stayed around the world. Asked for some money back to compensate. Got nothing
