The entrance to the Attico di Leo is into a large, bright and cozy living room
under a characteristic wooden roof. Here there is an open kitchen with
dining area, comfortable designer sofa, TV, air conditioning and pellet
stove.
From the living room, large windows lead to the first terrace, equipped with outdoor table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue and hammock for relaxation. The living area is completed by 1 shower room and the laundry area.
The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both air conditioned and with French doors leading out to the second terrace, furnished with Jacuzzi tub and solarium. Completing the interior is the second shower room.

The
entrance to Lecce`s wonderful historic center is just 1 km away, with
its precious Roman theaters and its treasure trove of baroque Lecce
stone beauties such as ancient doors, churches and basilicas, and
stately palaces.
The nearest beaches are those on the Adriatic
coast, such as San Cataldo, Torre Chianca and Spiaggiabella, about 15 km
from Lecce.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 15 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
