Trulli Greta, luxury villa with wonderful swimming pool, surrounded by nature

Located in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, Trulli Greta is a completely restored villa with an authentic six-cone trullo, surrounded by the evocative landscapes typical of the area. The interior spaces, in which stone and white tones dominate, are large, airy and flooded with natural light. From the entrance you enter directly into the magnificent trullo, which constitutes the living area. A large and elegant environment, with sofa and armchairs, 50" TV, wood-burning fireplace, smart working area and bookcase. The bedroom, the first of three, and a first bathroom complete this part of the house. A corridor leads to the kitchen , equipped with every essential appliance, and the dining room. This area of the house is shaded by a large and panoramic porch, ideal for outdoor dining. The sleeping area is composed of two further double bedrooms and a second bathroom interior.Each room of the house is equipped with air conditioning.
The outside. A stone-paved driveway leads to the wonderful swimming pool which is located in a raised position compared to the house, almost dominating the entire property, where you can admire the landscape and enjoy enchanting sunsets. The solarium area, partly paved and partly covered by lawn, is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, an outdoor shower and a beautiful gazebo.
