„Casa di Renzo“ is a stone cottage, attached on one side, in Tuscan style, which is located in the hamlet of Lanciole (650m above sea level).
Lanciole is a small and quiet hamlet, located on the hills overlooking Pescia, between Lucca and Florence. The house disposes of an independent entrance, a completely fenced garden of about 1’000 sqm and a swimming pool (set in earth, with salted water 6 x 4,50m, depth: 1.20m) at the exclusive use of the guests.

There is a garden of about 1’000 sqm at the complete guests’ disposal, which is well-kept; equipped with a pergola made of wood, with a table, chairs for your dining al fresco, barbeque and wood burning oven (only to be used with the help of the owner), private swimming pool set in the earth , salted water (6 x 4,5m, depth: 1.20m), deckchairs, parking within the grounds.
Ideal location for families travelling with children (there are 2 baby beds, 2 highchairs, baby bouncer, changing table and sterilizer at the guests' disposal).
The ground floor is used from time to time by the owners, access from the side of the house, without using the garden and swimming pool area, to respect to the full your privacy. Ping pong table and table football.

Activities:
Guests may have a stroll in the surroundings, excursions to small hamlets of the area – the hamlet of “Sorona” is famous because its production of beans, an ingredient which forms part of many typical dishes. Other known villages are Castelvechio and Aramo. Another recommendable visit is “Macchia Antonini”, a magic spot with big fields and a lake – you may reach also easily the moutains of the Abetone.
These spots are predestined to try local specialities in one of the many “trattorias” (there is a small restaurant near the house, which is open during the weekend; on request the owner may prepare you dinner on the day of your arrival.
The property is located on the 1st floor, access within an internal staircase: spacious living area with a couch, dining table, kitchen angle with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, TV, 1 walkthrough room with 1 double bed settee (for ev. 2 additional kids), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. 2 double bedrooms.

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
