Bron Gadair has a kitchen/diner with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster, soda stream, rice cooker, dining seating for six guests, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and a snug with double sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and two doubles, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is a front enclosed lawn with patio, furniture and barbecue and a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Within 2 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. Town: The coastal village of Llanbedrog is situated on the Llyn Peninsula and makes a wonderful base for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales. The village offers two pubs, both serving food. There are lots of nearby sandy beaches, remote bays and numerous walks. Sailing, fishing, pony trekking and golf are all available locally, and the Snowdonia National Park is within easy reach. Just a scenic drive away is the picturesque town of Pwllheli, home to a stunning sandy beach and marvellous views, as well as a regular market which has been running since the 14th century and is popular amongst tourists and locals for its eclectic mix of art and craftworks, along with a smaller local produce market on Sundays.
