Spacious, very clean, great location well maintained and well equipped - bars and restaurants on the doorstep Occasionally it was noisy, but this is offset being so close to everything

The location was great for the beach and marina The apartment is clean and modern Shops/supermarket/cafe/pharmacy within a short walk The lack of aircon in the kitchen/living space takes from the comfort in the apartment, which is a pity as otherwise it is very comfortable, The square outside the apartments main bedroom is noisy, late into the night. You adjust to it, but it is noisy.

Pros/Cons of Ibensa Square First Level Apt

Great area at Ibensa Square next to a lot of nice restaurants, grocery stores, and a short walk down to the beach. The apartment itself was a good layout for our family of five with plenty of space.A couple things to note for future renters:The apartment is directly above a few bars in the square. The nightlife is lively but not too loud during operating hours. The bar below (specifically the Toro) allows their friends to remain out on their patio until 5/6am drinking, shouting, and playing loud music…well after operating hours. Even after asking them nicely to keep it down, they ignored our request and got louder. This is a common occurrence on most Fri and Sat nights. The main bedroom is affected the most as the window is above the after hours guests. We also let the owners of the apt know but they didn’t seem to care.There’s also no dryer in the unit, even though the listing says there’s a dryer with a picture of a drying machine. It had a drying rack, a touch misleading.Not bad overall, but wish we would’ve known these facts ahead of time.

Mooi appartement voor uitstekende vakantie

Top huis met alles erop en eraan.... Mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.. Op top locatie met alles wat je nodig hebt op loopafstand Taxistandplaats , apotheek , restaurants, cafés, cocktailbar en een hele grote supermarkt met verschillende versafdelingen vis vlees brood .. Alles op loopafstand voor de liefhebbers is er zelfs een coffeeshop in de buurt .. ook lekker op 1e verdieping naast de lift gelegen je stapt zo vanuit de lift je woning binnen. kortom een perfecte vakantiebestemming Je moet wel rekening houden met gehorigheid .. het huis ligt echt letterlijk boven een horecaplein dus het kan wat lawaaierig zijn.
