This stunning 2 bedroom self-catering apartment can be found in the
laid-back seaside resort town of Strand in Cape Town. You will be
spoilt for choice when deciding what to spend your time on, you could
go horse riding, fishing, bird watching, wine tasting, cycling and of
course spend hours on the majestic Strand beach.
Guests are offered a sizeable fully equipped kitchen which includes an
air fryer, washing machine, tumble dryer as well as all the necessary
kitchen contents to cook up your favorite dishes. The open plan design
of the apartment creates an intimate space, with the kitchen, dining,
and living area all flowing into each other. The kitchen overlooks the
cozy lounge area with a dining area separating the two able to seat
four people comfortably. The lounge is fitted with a flat-screen TV and
boasts large windows which show off the beautiful ocean views.
The 2 bedrooms offer endless comfort. The first bedroom includes a
queen size bed and the other has two single beds to offer. Both
bedrooms make use of a shared bathroom which includes a shower/bath
combo, toilet and basin. Crisp linen and fresh towels are included in
your stay.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
