Casa Tramontana est une accueillante maison familiale, construite dans un style traditionnel catalan, située dans une zone résidentielle tranquille du village de Calonge, offrant des vues sereines sur les vastes collines des Gavarres. La villa est aménagée sur deux niveaux, en faisant ainsi une option idéale pour deux familles, pouvant accueillir 4 personnes à chaque étage. Parmi ses caractéristiques notables, on trouve une piscine privée chauffée( À PARTIR DU 17 MAI), un jardin privé, une spacieuse terrasse et un parking couvert.

Les récentes améliorations apportées à la propriété incluent l'ajout d'un climatiseur dans le salon/salle à manger, des ventilateurs de plafond à télécommande dans toutes les chambres et un pratique barbecue à gaz pour la cuisson en extérieur.

Le premier étage comprend deux chambres (une double et une avec deux lits simples), une salle de bains, un salon/salle à manger avec lecteur de musique Bluetooth et une télévision à écran plat moderne, ainsi qu'une cuisine bien équipée avec lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur/congélateur. Le salon/salle à manger donne sur une terrasse couverte offrant une vue imprenable sur les collines et le jardin de la maison.

Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez deux autres chambres (une avec deux lits simples et une double), une salle de bains avec douche, et une buanderie avec accès à la piscine équipée de boissons, d'un réfrigérateur à bouteilles, d'un lave-vaisselle supplémentaire et d'une machine à laver. Ce niveau donne également accès à la zone de piscine et de jeux, comprenant une table de ping-pong, des fléchettes et un barbecue à gaz extérieur entouré de sièges spacieux et d'un jardin attrayant. Une salle de bains/changement/douche pour la piscine est idéalement située près de la piscine chauffée, ainsi qu'une douche extérieure près de la piscine.

Pour votre commodité, la maison dispose d'un parking couvert et d'un parking extérieur à l'intérieur de la maison. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé avec des clôtures, des haies et des portails verrouillables, ce qui en fait un environnement idéal pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Casa Tramontana est stratégiquement située près d'excellents terrains de golf et de superbes plages.

Great place

Lovely villa with particularly good pool and outside space. Superb beaches (with lots of places to eat) 5mls away. Owner and managing company very helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

A relaxing holiday

Very comfortable villa, with lots of features to make your stay more comfortable . The most spectacular views, with a good sized pool and lots of sunbeds and seating - in sun and shade. Close to beaches and great restaurants - car essential. Owner consistently helpful and charming - recommended for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Nice house, amazing outdoor space

Nice stay with family of 7 adults. Outdoor living was great with very large terrace with stretchers for relaxing, swimming pool, bbq, pingpong table and darts.

This is a fantastic house for a family vacation

We are a family of five and had a wonderful time. The highligts were the heated pool, the care package upon arrival and well stocked library of books and DVD. The agency staff were extremely professional and helpful. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be back for another visit.

Great location with amazing views and pool

We have just returned from a week at the villa. The location of the villa is perfect - very quiet with lovely views . The villa is very comfortable , clean and well equipped . The outdoor space is fabulous with several seating areas , plenty of sun loungers and a great pool . Would highly recommend the villa .

Had a lovely holiday in Casa Tramontana. We have stayed in many holiday homes and Villas in our time but would say this one has been the most well equipped. Casa Tramontana Aug 2011

We had a lovely week at Casa Tramontana. We have stayed in villas in the area for the last 3 years and the quality of the facilities, equipment and activites for the kids were better than anything we have previously experienced. The property was very clean, well maintained and big enough for 2 families. The UK tv, table tennis and darts kept the kids amused and allowed my wife and I to relax by the pool with a book. We enjoyed the nearby waterpark local beaches and will be recommending the villa to our friends and family.

Week in Calonge

After a very hectic few days in Barcelona it was lovely to be in a beautiful tranquil area of Costa Brava. The villa lived up to all our expectations, clean, spacious, lovely scenery, gorgeous pool, great outside areas, Our party consisted of grandparents,parents,uncle and two years old grandson, the villa offered something for us all. The owner was very helpful sending us maps and answering our queries very promptly. We would like to recommend this property to all ages. A lovely holiday was had by all.

Spotless,very well equipped and maintained

Everything we needed was there making a exceptionally easy holiday. Plenty of everything you would ever need!! Pool delightful and well looked after. Although not designated as suitable for mobility impaired we managed very well with the two lower floor bedrooms and the large easy access shower. (2 of our party are disabled) Couldn’t have asked for better. Area very peaceful. We all had a great time.

Absolutely beautiful. Faultless

I would like to thank both Peter and Denise for making our holiday such a joy. Your property is gorgeous and very homely. We have stayed in a few villas over the years and we have never not wanted to leave so much. The location is perfect to get away after a busy day out. Fantastic stay on Costa Brava

The pool and outdoor areas are fabulous, even better than the pictures! There are multiple areas to sit, which allows you to choose sun or shade. We enjoyed sitting on the upper deck at 8 or 9 pm and eating a late meal in the warm sun. There were plenty of activities to keep our kids busy. The property is in a picturesque setting and very private and quiet. The house was a great base to explore the beautiful beaches, mountains and historical towns of the Costa Brava. We had a great stay and were sad to leave. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great stay!

When being on holiday, nice surroundings and quality is important for our family - we love the feeling of "home from home". Everything about the house was great - the very clean swimmingpool, table tennis and dart. All the spots in the garden. The very well maintained house. The view. Not to forget the owner and the agency - everything was very smooth. We loved staying in this house, and we have already talked about coming back some day. Thank you for a great holiday!

The description was very accurate. Peter and local contacts were very friendly and responsive. We would rent the villa again. There were two families in our group (kids aged 9-13) and the villa was well equipped to meet our needs (e.g., pool, ping pong, darts, etc). Villa was well-located for beach, hiking, and Barcelona trips. A car is a must given locaiton and the roads can be a bit of a challenge in places.

Beautiful villa and amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay at your villa, it was lovely and clean when we arrived. We were met by the agents who were extremely helpful, showed us to the property and explained how everything worked which was great. The heated pool was fab during our stay which was great for the kids when they wanted to jump in the pool at all times. Would definitely recommend and stay again. You should be very proud of your villa!! A****

Great Property

Great Property, really well equipped has everything you could need. Lots of different seating areas and great pool. Teenager also enjoyed the swing ball, table tennis and darts. Peter has been fantastic and is really quick to respond to any queries. Husband pressed the panic button by mistake and he was straight on the phone to check everything was ok. We will be back next year.

We have stayed in many many villas in northeast Spain ...... This had a well designed layout to the villa with the upstairs down stairs element and very private in location, quiet but not too far out. The agents were lovely friendly and helpful as was the owner above and beyond. The villa was well equipped (inside and outside) everything you could need with thoughtful touches (like dishwash tablets, cloths and an amazing welcome pack). The pool was a great size the photos were accurate and importantly all was very clean…………… we felt relaxed straightaway what a place to stay we recommend it highly.

Greatest Holiday in Casa Tramontana

We had a lovely holiday in villa Casa Tramontana with 2 families with 4 kids and we really enjoyed our stay there. The house was very well equipped and meet our needs, even more we expected. The house was clean and well maintained and big enough for 2 families. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The owner was really nice and communication by e-mail was fast. Local agency was very helpful in terms of local advice. The location of the house is excellent for making interesting day trips around the region. Car is needed.

Fantastic

This was our third stay in this perfect house. Everything is very orderly and nothing is missing. The owners have thought of everything a tenant needs. You feel very welcome. We have never had any problems with the house before, but this time we had problems with the water supply. However, it was quickly solved by an electrician who was sent by the company that handles the maintenance of the house. We will certainly return again.

A perfect villa for many people

This was the second time spent in Casa Tramontana. The first time was a week 2016 and we were so fond of the house that we returned 2 weeks this year. This year we were there with children and grandchildren totaling 8 people. The house fits us with a garden that is completely closed, which feels safe when the grandchildren came along. Everything is very well organized and we spent most of the days at the house. Some swim in the hot pool others play darts or table tennis. There was always something to do for everyone. It is always lovely to welcome returning guests. It is also particularly gratifying to see that the way we have equipped the house is appreciated by our visitors in so many different ways. The security of the property, surrounded by hedges or walls has been appreciated by this guest and additionally all visitors are given keys to enable them to lock the gates if they wish. The outside areas are not overlooked and many holiday makers choose to stay at the house for a major part of their stay.

Homeaway from home...Recommended

We spend 2 weeks in July 2014 in Casa Tramontana. This is not your average holiday house but truly a home away from home. The site description is accurate. All is there to make a holiday enjoyable including the nice views and the lovely heated swimming pool. A game of darts or tabletennis? It's there. The wind can be fierce by times and renewing the road to the house is way overdue. Merely a sidenote to what this holiday home has to bring. The nearby beach of St Antoni is excellent for a morning run. The owner is very helpful in providing information in preparation of your holiday. Would recommend to my friends.

Tranquil and lovely views

We stayed 4 adults and 3 children for a week i october. The style of the villa and interior is a bit oldschool, but very solid, good quality and well maintained, with everything you need. Also very clean. Being in mid october we hadn’t expected much of the pool, but the heating worked well, and the weather was nice, so we spent a lot of time there, and the kids loved it, in fact we all did. The poolside dart set and the tabletennis where located perfectly, and provided many hours of entertainment for all ages. The villa is located very secluded, and we experienced very tranquile and relaxing days and nights there. Combined with the lovely views of the surrounding forrest and mountins, this alltogether gave us such a relaxing and nice holiday. The villages on the coast are picturesque, and we can highly recommend hiking on parts of the GR92 in that area. Thank you for a very nice vacation!

Half Term Break

Hello Peter and Karen, Just to let you know we arrived safely home this afternoon and back to a drizzly UK!! On behalf of both families, we just wanted to thank you both for a fantastic trip...in so many ways. Both families have two special boys with extra needs, Oliver with ADHA and Harry with Cerebral Palsy(with limited mobility) A challenge for any family with 'normal' children going on holiday but with these two chaps always a different challenge.... However your Villa Peter, was beautiful with every need for a home from home experience. Karen- your team were excellent, with a lovely clean villa, fab bag of goodies on arrival and even down to taxi drivers and Rob the gardener! Thank you for a fantastic week....will tell all our friends and will be back!!!

Wonderful villa and pool

Was ideal for our extended family with 5 adults and a toddler. The villa has a good split between upstairs and downstairs living quarters and you can come together on the beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and the wooded hills for meals and relaxing. Probably the best welcome pack we've ever had! Ideal location to explore the Costa Brava. Short drive to the beach at Sant Antoni, from there a 45 minute walk along the promenade to Palamos. Or a short drive to the brighter lights of Platja d'Aro. The Dali Theatre and Museum is an hours drive away and France and Perpignan not much further. We can also recommend beautiful Girona if only on the way back to the airport as we did. Peter was great to communicate with and provided good recommendations for car hire. The agents were excellent too and waited for us despite our flight being delayed for an hour. Thoroughly recommended. Don't forget your mozzie spray though!
