Bayside A - Apartments is a modern building block offering self-catering accommodation/units for a flexible and independent stay. Just a 5-minute walk from Paceville, St. Julianâs, and Spinola Bay Promenade, guests can enjoy vibrant nightlife, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and scenic waterfront walks. With nearby bus stops and taxi access, public transport is easily accessible and exploring Malta is hassle-free.
Airport to the property is approximately 10 km (16 minutes by car) and offers an ideal base for exploring Malta!
This Studio Apartment accommodates a standard of 4 people (single beds), a kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, mini fridge, microwave), a TV, a small dining counter, and a bathroom. This property comes with a balcony (inland/no views).
Additional information:
1. Please note that the damage deposit of âŹ200 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. This is adjusted to âŹ50 per person from the 5th person onwards (payment by card).
2. The building has a lift.
3. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 28 nights stay) and is not applicable for 28-night stay and above.
4. Parking is available on the street.
5. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.
6. The gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
7. No daily cleaning for the unit.
8. Monthly rates from 28 nights are for a MINIMUM OF 3 PERSONS; EXTRA PERSONS are âŹ275 each and exclude utility bills, wifi/TV connection, and after check out cleaning fees (applies for deep cleaning, repainting works, and linens laundry) are paid monthly in advance.
(a) Bills for 2-Bedroom Units: âŹ160 (2 people), âŹ180 (3 people), âŹ200 (4 people), and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.
(b) Bills for 1-Bedroom and Studio Units: âŹ140 (2 people), âŹ160 (3 people), âŹ180 (4 people) , and adjusted based on the final number of occupants. Amounts may vary depending on utility consumption.
(c) âŹ50 wifi/TV connection monthly
(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent of the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival or during the duration of stay, it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
(e) After check out, cleaning fees for a 28-night stay or long stay is âŹ200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
