Our house, which was recently completely renovated, is very centrally located and yet very quiet only about 3 minutes walk from the village center. Next to the house is a large children's playground and around the house is a large garden.
In summer, the outdoor pool Virgen is only 5 minutes walk away and guarantees water fun for the whole family (35m long slide). From the sporty swimmer to the sun worshipper... there is a suitable program for everyone! A beach volleyball court is also available for the bathing guests.
In winter, the drag lift, which is only 100 m away, and a nearby, idyllic cross-country ski trail provide direct access to skiing fun.

The uniqueness of the National Park Hohe Tauern Osttiro - the largest national park in the Alps - is its untouched natural landscape, gigantic mountain scenery and fascinating wildlife. The originality of the landscapes with their three-thousand-metre peaks - first and foremost the Großglockner and Großvenediger - glaciers, waterfalls, gorges, high valleys and alpine pastures is incomparable in Europe.
