The apartment is only minutes from New Quay's delightful sandy beaches with easy access to Ceredigion Coast Path, ideal for a family seaside holiday, a walking break, or for water sports enthusiasts. At the end of the day, relax, enjoy a drink on the large glass-fronted balcony, and spot the resident bottlenose dolphins in the bay.

No.1 Cliffside is right in the centre of New Quay with its shops, cafés, restaurants, and takeaways. The famous harbour is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely stroll or take a fishing or dolphin-spotting boat trip.

If you can drag yourself away from the delights of New Quay, there is plenty to enjoy in the area. Visit the seaside villages and beaches at Llangrannog, Penbryn or Tresaith or take the kids crabbing from the harbour wall in Aberaeron.

The Ceredigion Coast path has stunning scenery, dramatic cliffs, and abundant wildlife to discover. Aberystwyth to the North is famous for its Victorian promenade and cliff railway and Cardigan (35mins) has supermarkets, independent shops, great places to eat and a cinema/theatre.

Cliffside has a large enclosed front Balcony, with seating, looking directly over the harbour. Children are not to be allowed on the balcony without adult supervision. Driveway parking for 1 car.It is a tight space (approximately the size of a small Landrover) but a premium to have a parking space in the town
