Victorian Town House consists of a ground-floor sunroom, utility, and cloakroom, a first-floor kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, a first-floor living/dining room with dining seating for eight and a TV. The bedrooms include two second-floor doubles, two second-floor singles, and a third-floor double with en-suite cloakroom, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with furniture. Within 0.6 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Escape to Dorset with a stay at Victorian Town House. Note: Lots of stairs, this property is not suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: Off road parking for two cars (size is 7m 70cm long by 2m 10cm wide). Note: Additional parking he nearest long stay pay and display car park is the Swannery Car park (DT4 7TY), a 10 min walk from the property.
