The studio apartment is large and lovely, a single room in which there is the living area with kitchen and the sleeping area with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Completes the house 1 bathroom shower. The studio apartment has blackout curtains on the large entrance window.
At the back there is an appurtenant courtyard with a small vegetable garden, outdoor shower and a practical pilozza.
The apartment stands in a large garden shared with another studio apartment. Both houses have separate entrances.

The studio apartment is part of a villa that is centrally located in Porto Cesareo. The property is very close to the seafront, the town beach and the western riviera.
The location makes it possible to take beautiful walks and enjoy exceptional sunsets while sipping an aperitif in the nearby seaside clubs, all within walking distance.
The town center and all services are a few hundred meters away and within walking distance. The first equipped lidos are about 800 meters away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
