Peroulis Villa in Zakynthos

This spacious villa is located in the tranquil area of Agrilia, just a short distance from the lively beach resort of Laganas on the island of Zakynthos.
It provides a perfect blend of comfort and luxury for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway. It features 4 bedrooms, designed for maximum comfort, featuring air-conditioning ( one of the bedrooms is equipped only with a fan), comfortable beds, and plenty of closet space. The 2 bathrooms are well-equipped with modern fixtures, offering convenience for all guests and the WC has a separate toilet for additional convenience, ideal for larger groups or families. There is a luxurious jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms where you can unwind. The fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals during your stay, includes modern appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There is a spacious and stylish living area with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxation or socializing.
You can also enjoy the sun and swim in the villa’s private pool, offering a refreshing escape right outside your door as well as our BBQ area allows guests to prepare grilled meals while enjoying the outdoor ambiance and views.

There is also an environmental fee of 15 €/night to be paid upon arrival in cash.
We ask 200€ as a damage deposit,which we collect in cash upon arrival and we return on the departure day in case of no damage!


The Location
Agrilia is a small village located on the island of Zakynthos (also known as Zante), in Greece. It's situated relatively close to the popular tourist town of Laganas, which is about 2-3 kilometers away.
While Laganas is known for its vibrant nightlife, party atmosphere, and long sandy beach, Agrilia offers a quieter, more rural experience. The village is surrounded by olive groves and countryside, providing a peaceful contrast to the bustling tourist spots nearby. It is also located near some of the island's natural attractions, such as the Zakynthos Marine Park, which is famous for its conservation efforts to protect the endangered loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta). While Agrilia itself is not a major tourist hub, its proximity to Laganas makes it a good base for those who want to explore the island's natural beauty and then retreat to a more relaxed setting in the evenings.
