The apartment is only 300 meters away from the beach Žal and less than 10 minutes easy walk to the old harbour. The building in which the apartment is located is very safe area and quiet.The apartment is fully equipped with free wi-fi, TV-SAT , A/C, dishwasher…

Would you like to be our first guests in this modern two-bedrroms apartment with a stunning sea view. It is located in a new modern building with a stunning sea view and amazing sunset views !
In a quiet environment, within short walking distance of the city center and the nearest beach.
Near the accommodation there are all necessary facilities: market, restaurants, cafes, children's playgrounds, hotel pools and sports fields.

The apartment is on the GROUND FLOOR and has 80 m2 of living space and offers accommodation for a maximum of 4 people. It has 2 bedrooms:
1st Bedroom: 1 double bed (160x200)
2nd Bedroom: two beds of standard dimensions for one person 90X200 , which, at the request of the guest, can be combined into a double bed.
There is also a modern bathroom with a shower and washing machine.

All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned ( living room, each bedroom).

It has also spacious living room for daily rest, fully equipped and very modern kitchen and a sea view balcony for morning coffee drinking and planning the daily schedule. As additional content, a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner will be on your disposal too.

There is a PARKING lots just in front of the building. Our parking lots/number is 11.
