The Place Apartment 5

The Place Apartment 5 is located in a popular area in the South Shore of Blackpool. It is only a one minute walk away from the Famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach Theme Park, as well as UK’s Largest Indoor Waterpark, and a short tram journey into the Town Centre.

The Place Apartment 5 is designed for comfort, located on the first floor accessed via stairs, furnished to a modern standard. It sleeps 8 people & inside of it contains 2 x double bedroom, both with smart TV's. Within The Place Apartment 4 there is a separate living room with 2 x double sofa beds.

The kitchen has all of the appliances & accessories you would need to call the suite a second home including a microwave, oven, crockery & more! The private bathroom includes a shower over bath, toilet & basin.

There is a cleaning fee of £84 & a fully refundable damage deposit of £200 per apartment

Before your arrival & in order to receive your check in details, we require a copy of your photo ID (Either driving licence or passport) & your deposit . You will be contacted regarding this at least 7 days prior to your arrival. However for any same day / last minute bookings, the cut off time for this is 8pm on the day of check in. If this isn't completed, you will not be checked in.

Each apartment at The Place by Sasco is designed with your comfort in mind, featuring a private bathroom equipped with a shower over bath, toilet, and basin, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to indulge in home-cooked meals during your stay.

We take pride in maintaining a modern standard throughout our property, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Additionally, we offer free parking on-site, however, it is 1 x space per apartment.
