The location and views are stunning. Can't be beat. The local woman who got us checked in was very responsive, and nice. Wonderfulitaly, the company who manages the property was not as great. We were a family of four, 2 kids aged 7 and 9. Few things that we dealt with worth mentioning1. The washing machine was broken. The local woman tried to help, but it needed a professional. Not doing laundry for the week was a challenge. The local woman brought us more towels which helped. No response from Wonderfulitaly when we asked for assistance. 2. The toilet seat was broken off. You had to carefully balance the seat while sitting on it. Kept falling off. 3. Multiple pillows did not have cases, lack of bedding for all the beds. Old beds and bedding. 4. The apartment was not stocked for a family of 4 for a week. No cooking supplies, kitchen towels, etc. We ended up eating out every meal as a result. 5. Overall cleanliness was quite poor. Local team is amazing, but limited resources. Wonderfulitaly, if you read this, I have not gotten a response to my message.

Dear guest, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad that you appreciated the location, the views and the assistance received from our local team during check-in and throughout the stay. We regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, especially as you were travelling as a family. Regarding the washing machine, our local team tried to assist, but the issue required a professional intervention and could not be solved immediately. Additional towels were provided in the meantime, although we understand this did not fully compensate for the inconvenience. We have taken note of your comments regarding the bathroom, the linen setup, the apartment equipment and the overall preparation of the property. These points will be reviewed with the teams involved, as the apartment should be properly prepared and functional for the number of guests booked. We would also like to clarify that the local team who assisted you is part of Wonderful Italy. We understand, however, that the communication may not have felt consistent at every stage of the stay, and your feedback will help us improve the coordination between on-site assistance and guest support.
