Located between Sorrento and Positano, Villa Alessandra is a lovely rustic property featuring a private swimming pool and sea views. It is ideal for a holiday with friends or family (children under 14 are not accepted for safety reasons). The nearest sandy beach is 10 km away, and tourist spots such as Sorrento, Positano, Amalfi, Pompei, and Capri Island are all within easy driving distance of the villa.

The villa is situated in a quiet area just 2 km from the closest shops and supermarket.

Villa Alessandra (90 sqm) develops over two levels connected by a few steps.

Inside, the villa consists of a large living room (with double sofa bed for 1 guest, fireplace, table and chairs, a dresser and a piano) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, oven, double sink, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, table and chairs).

In the sleeping area, you will find two double bedrooms and two bathrooms:

- one double bedroom (with double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, armchair, TV, wardrobe and french windows to the garden)
- one double bedroom (with double bed, dressing table, free standing wash basin, armchair, TV, wardrobe and window)
- one bathroom (with shower, bathtub, washbasin, bidet, toilet and heated towel rail)
- one bathroom (with shower, washbasin, toilet).

The villa also offers a spa area (with sauna and shower).

Outside, you will find a private swimming pool (6m x 5m; depth 1.2 m; closes on 31st of October) surrounded by a terrace with sunbathing and relaxation areas as well as a shady dining area. Covered parking is available on site.
