This modern 28 m² studio apartment is situated on the third floor and can accommodate up to 2 guests.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment throughout their stay, ensuring complete privacy and independence.

The apartment door is locked and unlocked using a smart lock. To operate the lock, guests must download the required application and register in it before arrival.

The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building is equipped with an elevator for convenient access.

Metro

Batthyány tér station on Metro Line M2 is only a few minutes away. The metro provides fast connections to Deák Ferenc Square and Budapest’s central Pest districts.

Tram, Bus & Suburban Railway

Several tram and bus routes operate around Batthyány Square and along the Danube.

Batthyány tér is also served by the H5 suburban railway, which provides connections toward Óbuda and the riverside town of Szentendre.

Airport Access

Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport is approximately 16 kilometres from the apartment. It can be reached by taxi, private transfer, or public transportation.

Guests using public transport can take Metro Line M2 from Batthyány Square toward the city center and connect with the direct airport bus.

Walking

Many of Buda’s best-known attractions can be reached comfortably on foot. Fisherman’s Bastion, Matthias Church, Trinity Square, Chain Bridge, and Buda Castle are all within walking distance.

Parking

The apartment does not include private parking. Paid public parking may be available in the surrounding streets, and public parking garages can be found in the wider area. Availability and charges may vary.

Please inform us of your expected arrival time before your stay. Guests may be required to present valid photo identification and a payment card during check-in.

Guest Registration

In accordance with Hungarian regulations, every guest must be registered. All guests are required to provide the necessary personal information and a valid identification document. The guest registration process is completed online before arrival.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, bachelor parties, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Children & Baby Cots

Children are welcome; however, the apartment is designed primarily for a maximum of two guests.

A baby cot for children up to 3 years old may be requested in advance for €12 per child, per night. Availability must be confirmed before arrival. Extra beds cannot be provided.

Special Requests

If you have any special requests, please contact us before your arrival. We will do our best to accommodate them whenever possible. Special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

We provide a starter pack of shower gel, toilet paper, hand wash, and dishwasher soap. If these supplies run out, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional products required during their stay. Towels are provided for every registered arriving guest.
