Situated on the fourth floor of a building with an elevator, this accommodation offers comfort and direct access to the beach, ideal for those who wish to disconnect and relax by the sea.



The apartment features two cozy bedrooms: one equipped with a comfortable double bed and the other with two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends. The living-dining room, which has air conditioning, is an ideal space to relax after a day of sun and beach. It is worth noting that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but they are equipped with remote-controlled fan lamps, and the apartment has Wi-Fi.



The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything necessary to prepare delicious homemade meals. From the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy spectacular sea views while sunbathing or dining outdoors. The apartment has one 80-liter water heaters.



Due to the current extreme drought situation in the area, it is important to inform our guests that there are water cuts from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation under these circumstances. The building has a water tank, which ensures that these cuts are hardly noticeable.



To maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests, pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
