Waterfront Home sur le magnifique Lake Chatuge avec des vues imprenables sur le lac et la montagne. La maison est située sur les rives du lac de Chatuge. Home est à environ 5 pùtés de maisons du centre-ville de Hiawassee ... une petite ville en Géorgie du Nord.
Il s'agit d'une maison de trois chambres, trois salles de bain. La maison peut confortablement dormir 8 personnes. Il y a un canapé-lit queen disponible. Les trois chambres ont des lits queen. Les draps de bain et de repos sont meublés. Une laveuse et un sÚche-linge sont disponibles.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée. Un gril est fourni pour le grillage extérieur.
Il y a un foyer merveilleux dans la cour avant.
Il y a un carport couvert. C'est une maison d'une histoire sur terrain plat. Il y a une jolie cour.
La maison dispose de la télévision par cùble. La maison a Wi Fi.
La maison dispose de l'air central et de la chaleur et de deux cheminées à gaz.
Pour moi ... la caractéristique exceptionnelle de la propriété est le lac frappant et les vues sur la montagne ... un trésor pour s'asseoir sur le porche et profiter!

Awesome stay!

We had an excellent time staying at this property. We had originally booked for just 4 nights but the remainder of the week was open so we stayed 2 more. It’s only about a 5 minute drive to Ingles grocery store/gas. The home is huge, so we decided to invite family over a couple of days to hang out on the water and friends stayed with us one night also. The size of the home was super convenient as we had 9 of us there at one point. Buck was super nice and very helpful, there at check in to help to make sure we knew how to work the TV’s and such. He was just a phone call away and lives near to help if you need anything. We were able to dock our pontoon at the boat dock at the property which is a huge plus. The yard is massive, the grandkids loved running around. The little neighbor it’s in is nice, the kids enjoyed riding their bikes in the evening. We definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious and comfortable

We stayed for 3 nights. Too short. Met my sister and her family up in Hiawassee, Ga for Thanksgiving. Had Thanksgiving at my sister's rental. A 3 story job made to look like a log cabin but not really. Hers was small. The main living area was on the middle floor. We were cramped and hot. The next day was at our cabin. Nice and relaxing. Everyone seemed so relaxed. So much room and plenty of bathrooms. And a beautiful lake to look at while enjoying the outdoors in the large screened porch with plenty of seating area. 2 bathrooms had walk in showers with doors and the 3rd had a tub/shower combo. Can't speak enough about the spacious rooms and just wonderful homy feel. Jack was the manager of the home and great. We didn't need to call him and only met him the 1st night when we got their to get the tour and instructions. He was very thorough and enthusiastic. Really appreciated the extra touch. This is a must stay at cabin. You'll really enjoy it.

Over all awesome experience.

Mr. Buck was there to greet us and show us around he was amazing and very helpful not with just the property but the area we was staying in also. This was by far the best experience renting we have ever had. Awesome property.

2nd annual tribe ride

Our group rents a place every year for our motorcycle ride. This place by far was the best we have ever stayed at. The view of the lake and screened in porch was our favorite. We loved how close we were to everything we needed. Buck was the best at making sure we got checked in and had everything ready. We will definitely be booking this place again real soon.

Very nice place to stay. Had everything we could possibly need.

Throughly enjoyed our stay. Loved the screened porch but was a tad too chilly to enjoy it. (Maybe consider adding a small heater out there for colder weather.). Even without that, the stay was very very good. The property is convenient to most everything, but still in a quiet and peaceful area.

Peaceful and Quiet

This house was the perfect place for us to have a quiet getaway. The location is very private and has a great view of the lake. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and spent many hours on the screened-in porch watching the birds and the boats. The kitchen has everything you might need to prepare meals, the beds are comfortable and there are multiple bathrooms. It is a great place for a family get together.

Wonderful Vacation...Buck is a gem!

We really enjoyed our stay ay the House. It as everything you could ask for. The property manager,Buck was right there to greet us and answer any questions. The lake view was excellent and breathtaking sunsets. We definitely look forward to coming back again.

location LOCATION location

I knew I would love this property based on its view alone, but it exceeded my expectations. We have an infant son that is in a walker and exploring the ideas of beginning to move about. The single level made this perfect for so many reasons. The screened in porch in the best bonus to be able to sit and watch the lake activity, fireflies, and rainstorms. We used the fire pit countless times as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils. We did a lot of cooking and grilling while there. The location in town was wonderfully close to my family, grocery and walking options. I felt extremely safe staying alone or with my family (as they were in and out of town). Buck was tremendously kind, helpful and thorough with the check in and for the entire duration of the stay, one month. I highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying again myself.

As a child I vacationed in Hiawassee, Georgia and later lived there. Hiawassee is a wonderful town with friendly down to earth people.

This is a beautiful lakefront property. It is very close to town and easy to use as a "home base".
You are only minutes from the center of town and quaint stores and restaurants.
We not have a DOCK at Sitting Rock ... You will enjoy that.

This property has stunning Lake Chatuge waterfront and Georgia Mountain vistas. Sit on the front porch and enjoy the lake and mountain views ... or walk down to the Lakefront and enjoy the shoreline. Put your Kayak in right down in front of the house!
At night ... sit by the Fire Pit and enjoy the scenery!
We now have a Boat Dock at Sitting Rock for your use and enjoyment.
