Upon entering through its majestic wooden door, guests are welcomed by a spacious covered terrace designed for relaxation and social gatherings. The terrace boasts a large lounging area with ample seating, perfect for intimate conversations and enjoying panoramic views. Adjacent to this space is an impressive dining table positioned beside a brazier and plancha, ideal for al fresco dining. Natural ventilation from a gentle breeze is a thoughtful feature integrated into the villa’s design. Additionally, the terrace offers opportunities for sunbathing beside the heated infinity pool, which overlooks a breathtaking lagoon.

The living area seamlessly connects to the terrace through expansive bay windows that can be opened to merge indoor and outdoor spaces or closed to maintain air-conditioned comfort. The fourth suite, located on the lower level, can be accessed via a stone path through the garden or stairs from the pool deck.
