Featuring a minimalist style, this apartment is located on the ground floor of a building in the San Marco District. The bright living area includes a living room with a sofa and dining table. The kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, includes a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Accademia II offers a bedroom with a queen-size bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.



* Key collection is possible from 15:00 at Rio TerĂ  Sant'Andrea, Santa Croce, 460, 30135, Venice. Check-in instructions will be communicated to guests only after completing the online registration of identity documents, signing the digital rental contract and paying the tourist tax via a payment link sent a few days before arrival.

Updated and Clean!

Use the City Mapper app as Google Maps is not perfect in Venice. Wandered for a while searching but when we found this ideal location it was comfy, clean, and organized. Venice is a labrynth! Apartment was perfectly situated to bus station and trains as well as to the famous sites. Highly recommend.

Property as listed, clean and very comfortable. We had a few issues with the water heater and ac but they were immediately taken care of. Staff super nice, helpful, and quick results.

So you're in Venice

Overall, the location was great and easy to get around once we were settled. However, the instructions for getting to the apartment were vague and overwhelming. When we reached out for help, we didnt get an answer. We found that all we had to do to get to our spot was to take one waterbus from the train station then a 2 minute walk.The apartment is as pictured. It's lighting really helped. The bathroom does need a bit of work as something must have backed up before we got there.In the end, we spent a lot of time out and about so we had a safe, clean, and cool place to come and sleep, keep our things, and get ready.

Place is Ok

The place looks as pictured. The footside of the bed is raised so u feel like your head is resting on a downhill while your foot is in on an uphill. The sofa is very old and bed is too thin basically you feel the metal frame pressing on you the entire night. The bathroom has ants. There is no AC condensation drip catch bin or hose to run it out so the water drips and it make a mess and it creates a slippery condition.

Comfortable space

I had some issues with the Faville online registration form, but I believe those have been ironed out. The unit is a compact space with all the amenities a couple could want for a modest stay. I didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was a nice space to entertain a few friends over wine at the kitchen counter. It is in a residential area, so residents and tourists activity provided a feeling of safety. The unit is situated within an easy walk of a wonderful cafe, Caffe Mokaefti, where I took my morning caffe and cornetti and chatted with folks nearby. Osteria Al Bacareto is close for a great meal. Walking from the San Samuele water taxi stop is short and simple. Walking up to San Marco Piazza or to the Rialto is reasonable if you want the exercise, but with the water taxi stop close, you might also opt for that. Of course, there are sites to see before you get to those spots, like La Fenice Opera House, and restaurants, gelato places, and shops. The property is priced reasonably for the space and I would stay here again. Buon viaggio!
