Just steps away from the West End`s theaters, Covent Garden, Leicester Square, and Soho, you’ll have the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment right at your doorstep. • Keep the flat tidy and clean during through your stay until your departure.

• Please do not fry or cook foods with strong odours in the flat.

• Kindly pay attention to not leave marks on floors and walls throughout your stay and take extra care when moving your suitcases in the flat.

• In respect of your privacy, the host and his staff have access to the flat for ordinary maintenance and housekeeping duties.

• Please take your rubbish out regularly. Please take your rubbish to the main road, you will see a black bin. Please leave your bags next to the bin. IMPORTANT the day before leave please take out your rubbish.

• Do not overload the lift with people and/or luggages.

• Due to the building regulations toward visitors, you are announced as personal guests of your host.

Very convenient location, walking distance to Westminster, Churchill War Rooms, Buckingham Palace, Covent Garden, SoHo, theatre district. Charing Cross is a very busy road (lots of traffic and pedestrians, not charming) but plenty of much cuter streets nearby. Living room space is compact but reasonable. Overall quite pleased with the flat.

This flat is exactly as advertised. We were only in the unit for one night. It is in an excellent part of town. I have nothing at all negative to say about this unit. Great communication with the property management staff! The only negative would be that the unit does not have AC, however they supply you with a large amount of fans in each room which is really nice.

Great flat! Stayed with 5 people. There is plenty of room. You cannot ask for a better location, 5 minutes walk from trafalgar and Leicester squares. Any type of food you’d like is seemingly just around the corner. Light sleepers will want yo pick the bedroom in the back of apartment as the front of building stays pretty busy throughout the night! Check in was a breeze with the videos provided. Our stay in beginning of August was quite warm in London, so the flat was pretty warm and being an older building there’s no air conditioning. There are fans in every room but a couple of our party had trouble sleeping because of the heat. Overall was a great home base for our trip!
