Had a lovely time at the Hythe place was spotless and everything you needed for cooking was there shop really handy my grandson who is Autistic loved going there every day and the staff where really friendly. Cant thank Fiona enough for letting us visit great host great communication hope to return one day

The cottage was so lovely, cosy and comfortable and plenty of room. Everything we needed, having the fire was amazing and being able to sit on the bench outside in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching that stunning view was just amazing. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area, lots of lovely places to eat and incredible wildlife to see - we saw lots and lots of dolphins and seals. Thank you so much Fiona!

Loved the location and the home! It was absolutely perfect! The view was beautiful and the home was so very cozy and clean! Would have loved to stay a lot longer! Everything was wonderful and we truly enjoyed our stay!

The cottage was very clean and comfortable ,the host sent a few messages to see we had settled in . We had a lovely dinner in the local hotel. Shops are nearby in Buckie And Cullen.We had a great stay and would definitely book the cottage again.

Amazing week in the most fantastic cottage. Location second to none. Plenty to do in area. Communication with Fiona was great and she advised us on what to do and see. Would definitely recommend.

A wonderful home to enjoy for our 2 week holiday, very well equipped for 5 adults and 2 children. It’s so near to a perfect little beach with grass area and benches we enjoyed many meals coffees drinks and fun times there.Fiona was a lovely host, even checked we were ok after storm Floris whizzed by!We are booked in for next year!

Peaceful location

Well equipped, clean, comfortable and peaceful.Sea view and beach on the doorstep. We had a lovely holiday break. Would highly recommend this cottage and it's friendly owners. Fiona provided us with ideas of places to eat & places to visit.

5 The Hythe is an excellent place for a holiday or short break. The house is super comfortable and very well equipped, the location is wonderful - the little beach out front feels very intimate and quite lovely, and the little cottages surrounding very authentically community. Findochty is surrounded by wonderful coast and countryside. I couldn’t fault it and will definitely go back.

We didnt meet the host, however, we had several text messages giving us information & asking what we wanted to know. Our communications were dealt with promptly & efficiently.The property was in extremely good order, well furnished, warm & comfortable & its position was amazing - exactly like the photos on the website. It had virtually everything we could possibly need during our stay.
On arrival, during a storm, the waves were amazing!

The BeachCottage was well kept, clean, functional, and in a great location. Fiona was so easy to work with and addressed my concerns quickly. You could see the beach from the house-beautiful! The bedrooms are on the upper floor and there are also stairs out to the patio area. Not a problem but could be if you were older with mobility issues. Overall a wonderful property, owner and location. Thank you for a magical stay in Scotland.
