Laguna Cool Living, restored Canarian house in the historic centre of La Laguna

A 19th-century Canarian house in the heart of La Laguna’s UNESCO-listed historic centre. This historic building was carefully restored in 2023, preserving its original stonework, tea wood, exposed beams and period floors. It offers 16 en-suite suites accommodating up to 20 guests. Inside: a traditional Canarian courtyard, a sunny garden, a bright fully equipped kitchen, a workspace, and several peaceful corners to relax. A calm and elegant house, designed for rest and for experiencing authentic Tenerife.

The 16 rooms are divided between two areas of the house:
· Historic Wing — rooms beneath original Canarian ceilings, with exposed wooden beams, period timber floors, traditional shutters, and headboards restored from century-old doors. Each suite has its own unique character.
· Contemporary Wing — minimalist rooms with light-coloured floors, abundant natural light, and views over the courtyard or garden. Some feature a terrace or direct outdoor access.

All rooms include a double bed, en-suite bathroom, desk, heating, smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

Laguna Cool Living is located in the very heart of the historic centre of San Cristóbal de La Laguna, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Just a short walk away: squares, cafés with terraces, restaurants, the cathedral, and the University of La Laguna.

Tenerife North Airport is 15 minutes away by car, and Santa Cruz can be reached in 20 minutes by tram. Anaga, the northern beaches (Bajamar and Punta del Hidalgo), and Mount Teide are all within easy reach.
