This charming upper-level flat offers a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living spaces, and a clean, modern bathroom. Located in a quiet area with convenient free parking available either on the roadside or to the rear of the property, it’s ideal for a peaceful stay. Please note, access is via stairs as this is an upper flat. Whether for work or leisure, we look forward to hosting you in this welcoming home away from home!

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call. Please make first contact via app otherwise we may not pick up your enquiry.

Guests will have to access to their home and all the residential amenities

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM. ÂŁ15 per hour for late check-out or early check in options, subject to availability. Maximum 12pm.

- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of ÂŁ300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.

At Vacant Nests, we’re dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either have a £400 fully refundable security deposit hold placed on their account or purchase a £50 one-time Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to £500 of accidental damage during the stay.
