The flat is on the third floor of a building with a lift. The interior of the flat has been renovated and decorated in a modern and simple style. The living-dining room is equipped with a sofa bed where two guests can rest. It is equipped with centralised air conditioning and also has a Smart TV. The kitchen is vitroceramic and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The other two guests can sleep in the bedroom with a double bed. A bathroom with bathtub completes your stay. Please note that there is no cot or high chair.

The historic centre is filled with charming cobbled streets and emblematic squares, such as Plaza del Arenal, Plaza de la AsunciĂłn and the imposing Cathedral.
