The accommodation building boasts excellent infrastructure, including a swimming pool, laundry facilities and a gym. The accommodation is just 11 minutes from Allianz Parque, home to Palmeiras matches and major events, 9 minutes from Sesc Pompeia, an important architectural landmark that hosts cultural activities, workshops and sports courts, and is also 9 minutes from Shopping Bourbon, surrounded by markets, shops and restaurants, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay!

ℹ️ Washing and drying machine available for guest use. The cost is R$ 15.07 per cycle (wash and dry), paid directly at the time of use.

Note: It is MANDATORY to send in advance a photo of each guest with a white background to release access. Failure to send the photo within these specifications may prevent the guest(s) from accessing the accommodation.
Waste Disposal: For your convenience, the disposal area is on the same floor, located right in front of the lift, behind the white door.

Cleaning Service: We do not offer daily housekeeping included. Should you require extra cleaning during your stay, the service can be arranged separately.

Gym and Swimming Pool: Access to the gym and swimming pool is available daily, from 6am to 10pm.

Important Information: In the interest of transparent communication, we inform you that, as this is a newly launched condominium, some neighbouring units are still undergoing renovation during business hours. For this reason, noise may occasionally occur throughout the day. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

In order for everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Important: If the necessary documents for check-in are not sent at least 24 hours in advance, there may not be sufficient time to release access to the property. In this situation, the guest may be unable to complete check-in on the same day of arrival, and will need to wait until the following day to complete the process.

⚠️ The porter is not authorised to keep guests' luggage.

⚠️ It is not permitted to make noise from 10 p.m. onwards (Noise Ordinance).

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during their stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the entrance and service lift when you have luggage or swimwear.

⚠️ When leaving the apartment, check that you have switched off all electrical equipment. Failure to comply with this item may result in the landlord deducting £100.00 per day from the security deposit.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3 PM and our check-out is before 11 AM. If you wish to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be hired and paid separately. Please be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
