Agaete Family Escape Garden & Pool

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your ratings and would like to clarify that the information regarding the property name, parking, flat location, and check-in process is clearly provided in the guides shared upon arrival. We understand that some guests may not be familiar with the system, and we are always available to assist promptly if issues are reported during your stay. Regarding the key safe, it is located near the front door, and we acknowledge that the location might not have been immediately obvious. If there had been any concerns about this, our team would have gladly guided you. For arrivals after 9 pm, we provide contact details for assistance, and we’re sorry if this was unclear. We are glad to hear that you found the apartment clean and comfortable, and we appreciate your positive comments about the pool and outdoor space. We hope to welcome you back in the future for an even better experience.

Thank you for your feedback. At Sleepaways, our team was available throughout your stay and clarified that the complex includes units not under our management. We ensured our guests respected the rules and, once informed, relayed your concerns to the property owner and complex manager. While some situations are beyond our control, our support team is always attentive to each case. We appreciate your review as it helps us reaffirm our commitment to efficient service.

Thank you for the perfect score. We are glad the house, the garden and the pool worked exactly as you hoped. It would be a pleasure to have you back any time. Best regards, the Sleepaways team.
