The villa boasts a spacious and airy ambiance, featuring rooms distributed across two levels along with a semi-basement. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan living area equipped with a smart TV, as well as a dining space that accommodates six people comfortably and a convenient guest toilet. Additionally, the villa includes a separate, state-of-the-art kitchen that is fully outfitted with integrated appliances, providing all the essentials for meal preparation.



The staircase, complemented by a glass wall, provides ample natural light while leading to the upper level. On this floor, you will discover two tastefully furnished bedrooms, a complete bathroom, and a terrace that is ideal for savouring your morning coffee.



Finally, the semi-basement level is home to a comfortable third bedroom.



Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden featuring a private swimming pool and a sunbathing area equipped with comfortable loungers. A barbecue area located beside a shaded pergola is perfect for enjoying meals outdoors. Furthermore, children can have fun with a ping pong table and a trampoline, ensuring ample entertainment options.

Among the amenities are smart TVs located in the living room and master bedroom, while the other two bedrooms are equipped with Chromecast-enabled televisions. The entire property is equipped with reverse air conditioning for maximum comfort, and it also provides private parking.

Please note that Modern Alcanada Golf has been renovated incorporating numerous changes that are offered to clients. The photos do not reflect the updates that have been carried out, new photos will be taken of the property as soon as possible. Some of the changes that have been implemented are as follows:



- The property is upgraded from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms, allowing a total of 6 people to be accommodated in the house.

- The pergola area has been kept intact but a new table with new chairs has been added.

- A wicker sofa has also been added under the pergola area to add extra comfort.

- A ping pong table is also available.

- A trampoline has been added for the children.

- Air conditioning is available in all rooms.

- A kayak and paddle boat are available.

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking
