The generous living room has a lovely seating area with a smart TV, on which you can stream your favourite content. There is also a comfortable dining area. The open kitchen has a kitchen island and luxury appliances. You can use the two combination ovens, dishwashers, fridges, a pod coffee machine and filter coffee machine.



Generous patio by the water

You access the generous garden with a patio from the living room. The patio is by the water and has garden furniture, so your whole group can enjoy a lovely meal. You can also relax on the lounge set. Furthermore, you have a private jetty at your disposal where you can moor your sloop. You can sail straight to Lake IJssel from your holiday home!

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each with twin beds. Both bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. Additionally, there is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
