In the small village of Corsano, in a peripheral position, we find this charming detached house with ancient charm and the characteristics of a small farmhouse.

INTERIORS
Ground Floor: Cozy living area with kitchen, large dining table, fireplace and TV. The kitchen connects to a spacious and characteristic living room with large vaults, furnished with sofas and dominated by a suggestive front fireplace (decorative).
Sleeping Area: From the living room you access the three bedrooms (1 double, 2 triples with French bed in addition to a single) and two bathrooms.
First Floor: From the sleeping area you access the upper floor where there is the fourth triple bedroom (same configuration as the others) with private bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with AC.

EXTERIORS
Pool Area (6x12 m, depth 0.6-2 m) with outdoor shower, barbecue and relaxation corner, accessible from the living room. The swimming pool is available approximately from 1st of June to 15th of October.
Private parking area inside the property, completely fenced.

SERVICES
Free Wi-Fi and washing machine available.
Bed linen and towels available on request (extra cost of €15/person per week).
Pets allowed on request (supplement to be paid locally).

Mosquito nets present only in some rooms.

It is a 20-minute drive from the Ionian beaches such as Pescoluse and Torre Vado; 10 minutes by car from Santa Maria di Leuca and less than 5 minutes from the fascinating rocky bays of the Adriatic coast such as Novaglie or Ciolo.
