Lovely 2-bedroom apartment in an attic with sea views and 300 m from the beach.
This is a beautiful apartment surrounded by lovely gardens and a communal swimming pool in a small complex located in one of the best areas of Mojácar. It is 300 metres (5-7 minutes' walk) from the beach, shops, restaurants and amenities. Free street parking is available. It is located on a cul-de-sac and therefore does not have much traffic.

The flat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a very spacious living room with access to the terrace with awning and beautiful views of the sea, the swimming pool and the mountains. PLEASE NOTE: In winter, the terrace is sunny from dawn until 4 pm.

The living-dining room has a sofa, a table with 4 chairs and a television with Spanish channels.
The main bedroom has a 1.35 m twin bed and the other has two 0.90 m beds. All necessary bedding is provided.
The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic hob and a dishwasher. It is well equipped with kitchen utensils.
The bathroom has been completely renovated and has a large shower tray.
Air conditioning and heating via split units in the living room and bedrooms, as well as fans in all rooms.

Our flat is perfect for couples looking for tranquillity and comfort. We do not accept groups of more than 4 people.
