Plenty of public transport routes near by. 20 min walk from the city center or a 3 minute drive. Off road (with space for one car) and free on street parking available Swansea is just off the M4 motorway which links directly to London and other UK locations.

As a big city, you can catch a variety of buses to wherever you need to go in Swansea, or order cabs if you need to. And the nearby Swansea train station can quickly link you up with other places in Wales and across the UK.

No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please find a more suitable space in a local pub or bar. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, so please respect the right to privacy of others in the area.

Check-in time is 4 PM – 10 PM and please check out by 10AM

Our properties are cleaned regularly once our guests have checked out ready for our next guest. On occasion it may be a couple of days since the last guest checked out and you may find some settlement dust, this is normal. Creepy crawlies are quite common in the UK so there may be the chance that you'll encounter a friendly spider or bug during your stay.
If anything is out of the ordinary for a normal home, we will get someone to rectify this for you ASAP!
