The kitchen includes appliances as well as essential cookware and crockery that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The flat is kept warm with electric heaters and reliable hot water, and features fast, dedicated Wi-Fi suitable for streaming and video calls.

The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's sleep and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

Both short and long stays are welcome, and for stays of 14 nights or more, guests can request one complimentary professional mid-stay clean, including fresh linens and towels.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Please observe quiet hours. No parties or events are allowed, and house rules must be followed to respect the neighbours.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
