The apartment, located on the ground floor, welcomes you with a bright and comfortable living room equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing delicious breakfasts or family dinners. The seating area is furnished with two sofas and a TV to relax after a day spent exploring the beauty of the area.



The house has two cozy bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower to cool off and regenerate.



Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun or for organizing pleasant outdoor dinners. The residence also offers three swimming pools, soccer and tennis courts for sports lovers, as well as a play area dedicated to children.
