On the Lungomare Andrea Doria in front of the most beautiful beach on the Ragusa coast, VILLA DORIA is born. The structure, overlooking the beach, is composed of four apartments on two elevations, is located just 100 meters from Piazza Malta and 200 meters from Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi.
A few steps from the house there are the main services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants and bathing establishments.
In front of the house it is also possible to find equipped beaches.
DESCRIPTION
The apartment located on the ground floor facing the sea with direct access to the Lungomare Andrea Doria and the beach is composed of a spacious and bright living room with dining table and comfortable sofas, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, the sleeping area is composed of three double bedrooms, there is a comfortable bathroom with shower and a second bathroom with laundry.
The house has a large veranda that surrounds the apartment, where you can easily have lunch or dinner while enjoying a magnificent sea view.
