Sand Dollar is a luxury villa situated in an enviable position above Pigeon Beach, high enough to catch the gentle Caribbean breeze but close enough to be a short 3 minutes walk to the sea. The villa is in one of the most sought-after locations on Antigua, being on a bluff in between English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour, a quick hop, skip and a jump to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants.
Sand Dollar has been extensively rebuilt, it comprises of 6 ensuite King Size Bedrooms, large airy living room, television room, guests shower room, extensive terracing with newly landscaped gardens, swimming pool, pickle court, private parking area and all within secure grounds with electric gates.
Villa Sand Dollar has a fully fitted kitchen with island and breakfast bar, double oven (one a combo microwave), two dishwashers, two large American fridge freezers, wine fridge and Nespresso coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities that one would expect in a first class villa including plenty of glassware and two dinner services.
Through the kitchen doors you access a large veranda style terrace with two separate areas of comfortable seating, a 14ft teak dinning table which is perfect for entertaining and a BBQ area.
The terrace overlooks the pool area and pickle court beyond. The pool has steps and a seat along one side. Around the pool there are two double day beds and plenty of single sun loungers to accommodate those staying in the villa.
The television room has air-conditioning, ceiling fan, large bespoke corner sofa, hand-made furniture with bookcases, computer work area and television - the perfect place to chill out and have a break from the midday sun.
Villa Sand Dollar encompasses the highest quality designer fabrics, materials and furniture to create an elegant yet comfortable luxury villa. Comfort is at the fore in all the bedrooms with top quality Sofa & Stuff handmade mattresses throughout, bespoke bedheads in designer materials, sumptuous pillows and fine bedlinen from Rise and Fall and The White Company. All bedrooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans and en-suite bathrooms. All en-suites have bespoke double wash hand basin units and showers. The master bathrooms has a copper bath and a large shower. Villa Sand Dollar boasts two beautiful Super-King size four poster beds and in the other four bedrooms the beds can be either arranged as twins or super-king sized beds.
All bed linens and towels are provided and there is a weekly maid service (which can be increased upon arrangements, at an additional costs).
Villa Sand Dollar is a 7-10 minute walk from the many conveniences of English and Falmouth Harbours, including a supermarket, fabulous Delhi, wine shop and a variety of excellent restaurants, bars and the historic Nelson's Dockyard.

The Villa is not handicap accessible. The pool has no child safety fencing so guest are solely responsible for their children. No smoking is allowed inside the Villa and no parties or events without prior arrangement. Shopping and extra cleaning can be arranged at an additional costs and with prior notice.

All prices are in US$, Special PEAK Rates apply for: Holidays, ACYS, Carnival and all Regattas of a minimum of a 7 night rental. The Tourist Levy of US$5 per person per night will be collected during your stay.
