There was trash lying around the house when we got it and not as cleaned as to be expected.Pathway to the front door was completely covered in sand and ants running all over, up and down the walls aswell. Got bit aswell. Overgrown vegetation so there was no actual view of the water as advertised when sitting in the terrasse and hard to go down the stairs to the jetty because of the plants. WiFi password given was not correct and we had to wait for a employee to come and give it to us. Two broken kitchen knifes, one which my friend cut him on when it broke and the other completely chipped blade. A mouse moved into the house and ate from bread in the kitchen, the company put up a trap but no offer to clean and no proper cleaning supplies given. We have sent a formal complaint and requested a partial refund and more details sent to the company. Not okay.
