Exclusive accommodation, close to everything! Walking distance to Ullevie, Avenyn/City, Liseberg, World of Volvo, Universeum, Scandinavium, Haga, Linné, Botanical Garden etc.

Large social areas, upper floor approx. 180m2 & 2 bedrooms. The beds are 2x 180, 1x 120cm and "extra beds". Upper floor: kitchen/toilet/shower. Exit from kitchen to large conservatory/garden with barbecue. Large conservatory with corner sofa and Grythyttam table with 6 chairs. Extra chairs are in the kitchen.

Entrance floor: separate toilet, and shower/sauna and a bedroom with double bed. 1 wide self-inflating air mattress is available and 1 folding bed that can be placed anywhere in the house.

Very quiet area so no parties or gatherings!

Lower floor: bedroom, hall, toilet, shower/sauna and laundry room.

Bring your own towels and bed linen.

IMPORTANT:
Smoking & pets are not allowed.

Cleaning is charged at 1500SEK and is settled upon arrival.

Parties and larger gatherings are not allowed as we rent to you for private accommodation.

Upper floor:
1 double bed, bedroom 1
1 120 bed, bedroom 2

Lower floor:
1 double bed
2 extra beds. 1 folding Norudden Ikea and 1 wide self-inflating air mattress.

It sleeps 5-6 adults very comfortably. Then there is a comfortable sofa in the outdoor room to fall asleep to the singing of the birds.

The maximum number of guests is what is stated in the booking. Any number exceeding this will be charged at 1500 SEK/person. Unfortunately, no overnight guests are allowed in addition to those who have booked.

Cleaning & responsibility:
Leave the house in as good a condition as you would like to find it.
• Vacuum cleaner etc. are in the garage if needed.
• Waste: under the ditch bench there are paper bags (brown bin), these are intended for food scraps. The plastic bags are intended for other things (green bin). These are placed in the bin to the right outside the entrance door.
Cardboard boxes, metal and glass - are left in the garage in the respective containers. We empty these a few times a week.
• Should something break - please let us know immediately so we can solve it in the best way.
• Washing machine. If you need to wash, please use the washing machine. Gently pull the opening handle when the latch has released and we will wait for a new one.

Security & Maintenance
• Johanneberg is a safe and quiet area but always lock doors and windows when you leave the house anyway.
• On the upper floor in the small open room there is a fire extinguisher, on the lower floor there is an extinguisher in the fireplace. The house also has smoke detectors and outdoor cameras that are only on when the house is locked.
• We are a short distance away if something happens that you need help with. We also come by a few times a week and water flowers, take care of the lawn, bring any glass, packaging from the garage and more.
