A famous Lim channel with a well-known fish restaurants Viking and Fjord, is 15 minutes drive away.
Svetvinčenat, a beautiful medieval town with a well worth visiting castle and restaurants, is 10 minutes drive away. Altogether, the location of the house is excellent, perfect for exploring Istria, from Pula on the South, with ancient Roman monuments, to medieval Motovun, a beautiful hilltop town in the Northern part, all within 30 minutes drive away.
The house is comfortable with one ensuite double bedroom on the ground floor, separate toilet with washing machine and spacious open plan kitchen and living room. There are 2 ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, one double, one with 2 single beds.
The terrace is enclosed, private, with large sun umbrellas, a swimming pool and a shower. Next to it is a roof covered summer kitchen with a bbq and dining table.
The enclosed parking for 2 cars is at the back of the house.
