Other Things to Note:

- Check-in time must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance in order for us to arrange and confirm your check in.

- If arrival is delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional £10 per hour applies



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- No third-party bookings; the booking guest must be present for check-in. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
