The location is about 25mins by Uber from the airport, it's primarily residential with several restaurants in the immediate area. There's a grocery store on the same block. Plenty of dishes for cooking in the unit. Three bedrooms and one televisions. If you have your own firestick, it will work on the television. There was one European power strip but bring your own European converter. The train to the Eiffle Tower and the city areas, is about a 5min walk. Overall a reasonably good location to stay at.Now for management issues. We requested an early check in, that was granted but after waiting for the code to get the key, was told the previous renters were not out of the unit, which wasn't true. We were told we could enter at 3p and once we entered, the unit was still being cleaned by the cleaning service. The cleaner did finish while we waited but the towels that were left for us to use were damp. The all-in-one washer/dryer unit was dirty and the dryer function didn't work. The units thermostat didn't work. The sink in the bathroom with the toilet wasn't connected. Management (Faruke) said this was something that was being done throughout the building in all the units. The following morning, we had someone trying to enter our unit with a key, who turned out to be a service person who wasn't told that the unit was being rented. Management has tried to make things right, a 40 discount and 15% off another stay isn't much for the negative experience. Do better!!!
